RG Reed Training is a company that provides excellent Healthcare Mandatory Training and PMVA.
Our trainers are registered nurses with over 20 years’ experience in teaching and training. We pride ourselves in ensuring the people who train with us acquire the necessary skills and knowledge which will enable them to deliver a safer care package and more importantly, enhance the experience of the patients in their care. Our trainers are accredited, continuously updating their knowledge with the changes in the legislation and guidance.

Our goal for effectiveness
We regularly update our course content to ensure that our Mandatory Training for Healthcare meets the prevailing regulatory guidelines. The course content which is aligned to skills for health, is broadly appropriate for healthcare workers (including Qualified Nurses and Healthcare Support Workers) in different settings including Hospitals, Care Homes, and Domiciliary Care.
The course delivery is based on the most effective face-to-face approach that uses scenarios and role-play to provide detail. Hence, the courses apply both the theoretical and the practical aspects of learning. The delivery also focuses on applying the learning to the individual or the group’s collective experiences in their line of work.
We believe that interactive learning is a basis for reflective practice which helps our participants not only to ensure safety but to also deliver evidence-based care. Hence, we encourage learners to share individual experiences and identifying lessons learnt.
